A good interface is not enough if the data model is fragile, dependencies are missed or nobody can take ownership of the result. I connect design, development and operational questions from the start of an engagement.

My background includes application and technical operations at dentalcorp and systems analysis at Health Canada. The modernization and delivery cases explain relevant contributions without treating a demonstration as proof of a customer deployment.

I also built Handy Andy Renos, WakeWhen and Vaultaproof. Each project has its own context, decisions and limits. You can inspect the relevant sites, case studies and demonstrations.
